Racin' Mason Dixon's PIT CREW CHALLENGE

WHAT IS THE PIT CREW CHALLENGE?
It's a fun event for race fans to see how fast they can make a 2-tire pit stop. Teams of 4 race against the clock. The fastest 2 times of the event get to battle it out in the finals with a winner-take-all championship. 

WILL I BE ON TV?

You might be! Cameras will be recording the event. Contestants will be interviewed and hopefully you'll get to see yourself on "Racin' Mason Dixon's Pit Crew Challenge" on POWERtube TV! If you write neatly on your registration sheet, we will e-mail you a notice when the episode will air. And if your team shows up with matching uniforms or costumes, you'll probably increase your chances of getting on TV!

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Nope. But if you would like you can bring gloves and knee pads and your friends, fans and family. If anyone captures any great video footage, you could also submit that and it could even end up on the episode!  

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
That depends on the track or venue. We will follow their rules and regulations. The jack and impact wrenches are heavy so all contestants must show they can operate the equipment properly before being allowed to compete.

WHAT CAN I WIN?

At the very least, each member of the winning team will win a trophy. Sometimes the venue or sponsors might contribute to the prize package. But really, isn't the thrill of being in the competition the best prize of all?... No?

ARE THERE SEPARATE CATEGORIES FOR MEN, WOMEN, KIDS, PROS, AMATEURS, ETC?

That all depends on who shows up and what makes sense for the competition and the TV show. We would love to have multiple groups and winners but that will have to be a day-of-show decision. 

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND 3 OTHER PEOPLE TO BE ON MY TEAM?
Let us know and we'll do our best to match you up with other partial teams or individuals. 

DOES IT COST ANYTHING?
Most competitions will be free to all participants but you will have to pay any admission prices to the track, fair, festival or event.
